Cool video from this weekend’s UFC Fan Expo in Texas. CrossFit was present there with games competitors having a partner competition. This was one of the workouts.

Skill – Prepping the torso

WOD – Five rounds for time of:
35 Double-unders
Run 200 meters

Cool Down – Shoulder Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (rest precisely 60 seconds between sets – partner up with other members of comprable strength and stagger your efforts)
