Have a look at CrossFit CrownTown’s Joe Merriam performing his first muscle up!

***Reminder*** The 6pm class will be split in two classes starting Monday, October 3rd. There will be a 5:30pm and a 6:30pm. Please choose your home class by the end of this week.

Skill/Strength – Overhead Squat 5-5-5+

400 meter run

21 KB Swings, 53/35

12 Pull-ups
