First Lieutenant Travis Manion, 26, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, assigned to 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Pendleton, California, was killed by sniper fire on April 29, 2007 while fighting against an enemy ambush in Anbar Province, Iraq. He is survived by his father, Colonel Tom Manion, mother Janet Manion, and sister Ryan Borek.

    bummed to have missed the other half 🙁 however the 4 rounds and 30:12 was pretty cool. Way to bust it out girls, you just kept passing me and passing me!!!! LMBO

    legs were good, breathing was good, it was the weight on the shoulders that got a lil rough. hey maybe i could do the other 3 rounds in the am and then add up my time just so i can log it so it counts!!!!

      Thank you WW for accommodating me this am.
      did the other 3 rounds in 19:40, added 5 min penalty for breaking up the workout…so it came to 54:52 rxd so GLAD I was able to finish that hero wod
