Skill – Split Jerk

WOD – “Barbara”

5 Rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round. Score is total time minus 12 minutes (rest between Rounds 1-4). Post score to comments and www.beyondthewhiteboard.com.

Cool Down – Max effort Sumo Deadlift High Pull with KB in 2 minutes (70#/44#)

    Had a wrestling match with pukie from about round 2 on. This one hurt and made me realize I need to get my diet right and be more consistent with my workouts.
    Props to Brett P – sub 15 is insane.
