95/65 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Bar-facing burpees

    11:26 ~ 3 rounds prego style, 65# Thrusters, ans Stepping burpees

    Something about this WOD, made breathing almost impossible. 3 rounds was good enough for me today.
