8:30am-9:30am Open

1pm-2pm Open

5:30pm-7:30pm Open

On-Ramp – Session #2 – 6:30pm-7:30pm

Use any of the above open gym times today to continue on your strength/skill progressions you’ve started recently. Also, take this time to make up a missed workout. I’m getting an accountability board and I will be working with every member to set their SMART goals. Your most important goal will be displayed on the board, so you will see it every time you come in to the gym. Making sure you take advantage of open gym days will ensure you reach your goal. Open gym is just an added benefit for being a Gold member. Don’t let the reason you didn’t hit your goal be from not utilizing open gym time. See you today! – WW
