Open Gym Hours for Tuesday – 6:30am-7:30am, 8:30am-9:30am, 1pm-2pm & 5pm-7pm

Use this time to make up a missed WOD from Monday, to do any CrossFit WOD, or take advantage of some strength biased coaching on “how to use open gym hours to get stronger”
